A good stress reduction technique to try out is yoga. Yoga is a relaxing exercise that you can do. It involves soft music and starching of the body. I recently went to the YMCA and did a yoga class. After I took the class I felt good physically. I felt really relaxed and not worried about anything. I knew mentally I was going home for getting myself and my family ready for bed. I believe that this technique will reduce stress on a regular bases. I would definitely do the Yoga class again and you should try it.

ReplyDeleteNice technique. I think yoga is a great workout for women, but I've never done it before. One day, I will try it.
ReplyDeleteI have done yoga many times and it definitely takes some getting used to, but after a while it is definitely relaxing. Of course my favorite is child's pose!
